Do I need a user account to place an order?

No. You can, of course, also place an order without setting up a customer account with us. As many times as you like. If you would like to set up a user account, simply select the "Create an account for later use" option and enter a password. We will create a user account for you with the data supplied by you as soon as you have completed your order.

Where can I find an overview of all my orders?

Once you have submitted your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming all the important details of your order.

Can I cancel my order if it has not been dispatched yet?

Yes.Please send us a short email within your ordernumber to berlin@typehype.comand we will do the rest for you.

Where can I redeem my voucher?

If you have a valid coupon code, please enter it in the "Redeem voucher" box and confirm your input by clicking on the button next to the input box.


Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via PayPal, via SofortÜberweisung or by credit card.

When will my credit card be charged once I have placed an order?

When you place an order, your credit card will be directly debited with the total amount.

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch our goods on weekdays, if possible on the day the order is placed. If this is not feasible, the goods will be dispatched on the following business day at the latest.

We ship within Germany with a delivery time of 2-3 days. For shipments outside Germany and within Europe, delivery takes around 10-14 days.

What are the shipping costs?

An overview of the shipping costs for all countries we can deliver your order to is provided below:

Switzerland: 25 EUR
Austria: 8,90 EUR
Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, France, Poland, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden: 16,90 EUR
Liechtenstein, Norway: 26 EUR

We usually only deliver to the countries listed above. If you need items to be shipped to another country, please e-mail us at berlin@typehype.com, specifying the item, quantity required and delivery address along with the country and corresponding postcode. We will let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship the order to the required country and will, if applicable, provide you with information about the shipping costs, as we will need to consult our shipping partner about the shipping options and costs beforehand.

Delivery is free of charge in Germany for orders worth more than €50.
The same applies for shipments to the EU worth more than €150.

Can I track my order after it has been dispatched?

Yes. As soon as we have handed over your order to the shipping service provider, you will receive an e-mail from us which also includes the tracking number to track your parcel. You can always view the current status of your order in your user account under "Orders".

You are, of course, also welcome to return items to our store. Find us at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 9-13 in Berlin-Mitte. We are open from Monday - Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

How long does it take for my money to be refunded?

We will process your return no later than 14 days after the date on which we receive your cancellation notification and return the purchase amount to you. Please note that the return postage costs will not be refunded.

Can I exchange an item if I don't like it?

Yes. If you like an item in your order but would prefer a different type, e.g. a different letter as the motif, please send us a short e-mail to berlin@typehype.com.
